About this listen

Young, dumb, and broke.

That's what started everything. With five dollars in her pocket, and everything she owns stuffed in the back of her car, Lilith Goode's life is over. Done. Destroyed.

Ten words. One text. That's what it took to change the whole world.

A crumpled concert ticket. A chance encounter. That's what it takes to start all over again.

Five rockstars. One girl. Six dark hearts, six withered souls.

But can one broken person really put another back together again?

And is a cross-country tour the place to do it?

Contains mature themes.

This series was so good - I really recommend it if you like RHR books or romance in general. Great character development and steamy bedroom scenes.

So good!

Groupie by C M Stunich is book 1 in the Rock-Hard Beautiful reverse harem series. I loved the characters and the compelling story of love, loss, regret and blame. It’s very steamy too. The narrators are great for all but their English accents, which were terrible. (English people don’t all talk with a cockney accent, especially those people from York, which is where Paxton is from.) Apart from that I do love this series.

A great series!

Enjoyable ok story with generally good narration but just wish the narrators could do a passable English accent... Which unfortunately was all kinds of messy for the English character; with a bit of Irish, some random nonsensical accent and mispronounciation all thrown together in a bit of a disaster. "Twot" was a particular nails on blackboard moment. However the story held together enough to mean I persevered.

I liked the idea of a book and a story.
A girl meets 5 boys who are rock stars and falls in love with them etc.

I had really high expections.

-But I didn't like how angsistic and "sad" the book and characters were.
-She forgot her father and family real soon when she was with the boys.

-She fell in love with them, and the boys fell in love with her too quickly.
-No character development.
-She had sex with everyone on the first meeting and didn't get to know them first.
- The emotions were really forced and gringe. 1The girl's voice seemed very tiring.
The man was fine.
-Sex was too much and hard to listen without gringing.

Overall book was ok but i won't be buying next one.

I read these books a long time ago and I needed a refresh, what's better than sunshine and an audio book!
This story is so good and heartwrenching and I just love it so much!
My only reason for not a full 5 stars across the board is that, I live in the UK, and the attempted English accent by the narrators cracked me up, even in the most serious times, I just couldn't get past it when sometimes Pax just ended up sounding slightly Southern instead of English, but I love the books either way and will continue listening to all of them!

I love these books!
