This is a perfect Christmas read.

I have been exploring some regency titles since seeing Bridgerton on Netflix and Carnival Row on Amazon Prime. I absolutely loved the not so meet-cute between our hero and heroine in this story. Duke of Cleburne, Giles Fortescue is a rogue, off to the library hoping to find a pleasurable afternoon with an agreeable widow. He did NOT expect to end up compromising a young innocent maiden in the stacks! Lady Juliet Gale knew she should have stopped hiim, but instead wrapped her legs around him, when the pair were caught. Now they must marry.

The author is a gifted story-teller with an engaging story line and characters, Hot steamy descriptive sex that keep you coming back for more.
