I didn't know the author or the narrator. Fairy Daddy was really a hot story!
Gray is dancing in a club when he first meets Rev and Chris, who are in a relationship. But it soon becomes clear that it's not just the s*x that's titillating, there's more to it than that. I don't read stories about plolygamy that often now, but found the views held by the protagonists interesting.
Gray is very skeptical because he's been in a relationship with a couple before that ended less than nicely for him. That's why he hesitates when Rev and Chris invite him on a road trip. But what does he have to lose?

I enjoyed the book. The protagonists were likable and I liked them. The development of the triad was well described and I could also super into the emotions of the protagonists. Of course there are a lot of hot scenes, there is also a lot of information about different shifter species. And very important: there is a lot of communication between the characters, which I found absolutely positive.

I'll keep an eye on Lance West, because he did a really good job of reading the audio book and captivating me with his narration. He gave each character their own voice and he was able to convey the emotions well. His narration pace was perfect, as was his tone, which he always hit the right note. He was an absolute pleasure to listen to.

I look forward to hearing more from Amy Bellows and Lance West! I requested a free copy of the audiobook and this is my honest opinion that I am volunteering

Sweet, hot and a great narration

I loved this book. It's hot, sex-positive and romantic too. The story is about open poly relationship and it's described wonderfully, It's educational without being too preachy. There's way too few books about open relationships, all the other stories always end up in monogamy and it's boring. Romance doesn't require monogamy.

The open relationship between the three main characters is loving, hot and sweet. There's a lot of super hot scenes, with different kind of shifters with different kind of mating rituals. My favorite scene was the over-polite group session, it made me laugh at loud.

This book ends in a cliffhanger and I can't wait to read the second book.

Narration is good too. I'd recommend this book for all who are curious about open poly relationships and for all shifter-fantasy lovers!

I absolutely adored Rev, Chris and Gray! All three men have suffered painful pasts, but I thought they all belong together!

I love how Lance west brought these characters to life and I cannot wait for the continuation for their story!

Chris and Rev are fairy penguin shifters in a committed poly / open relationship, Chris is the daddy / dom and Rev is the sub. They are mesmerised by Grayson, a polar bear shifter, and invite him to date them as they travel back from Anchorage to their home town by motorcycle. There’s a lot to absorb here - Amy Bellow’s amazing shifter world, the open relationships, the poly relationship, the dom / sub culture - so I can understand why people who value monogamy might struggle with this, but for me the overriding sense I got was a deep mutual respect and tenderness for the people in the polycule. The liaisons were wild rides but the three had each other’s backs and their romance was front and centre - I thought the author really managed to pull this together well. I also enjoyed audio narrator Lance West’s performance, he hit all the right notes.

I really enjoyed this story of Gray, Chris and Revv. The story is beautifully paced which seems to me to be necessary in developing a poly relationship story. Getting three characters to fit their lives together doesn't happen overnight and especially with three such diverse and independent characters as these. I thought the information provided about poly relationships was interesting and as I've not read a ton of them, helpful without ever being intrusive. This would be a good first poly book to recommend to people. Lance West is a new narrator for me, but I really enjoyed this performance. All the characters were captured with their distinctive personalities, spirit and quirks intact and easily identifiable and the heat in the story was perfectly captured. Looking forward to the second book to see the HEA.
