I loved JC but had a lot of issues with how she was treated by her mates throughout the book. She was going through so much but they just kind of ignored her thoughts and feelings unless they had no choice but to pay attention. Although it is a good story and full of hot scenes. I would recommend it but with a trigger warning.

I loved this book. This is the first book by this author that I have listen to and I enjoyed listening. You know that the book is engaging story when you want to defend the characters and find yourself yelling at the characters. This story will had me going through a range of emotions, from laughing to crying to being pissed off at some of the evil characters.
The narrator does a fantastic job with the characters and voices of each character. This is the first book narrated by Michelle Jones and I have to say Wow. She has a very pleasant voice to listen to. I recommend this book!

Escaped is a tale about Jaycee Manz and her multiple alpha wolf mates.

Jaycee was brutalized by her abusive ex and is dealing with both emotional and physical scars. A shifter herself, she unknowingly takes refuge with a friend who also is wolf-shifter.

Dane Glasgow, the alpha of the clan informs Jaycee is his mate. Then Dane's brother, Mark comes into the picture becoming her second mate. Not long after a third mate reveals itself. Jaycee ponders the dilemma of three mates and the challenges ahead. Meanwhile, her mates are on protective mode, doing their best to shield Jaycee from her vengeful ex and stepfather.

The story has a couple of unexpected turns. However, the writing is too fast paste. The transition from one scene to another gets a bit confusing. Perhaps, if the book was longer it would've had a better delivery. Michelle Jones read the story well, she has a pleasant voice.

Escaped is a light erotic listen, with BDSM and menage elements. The content is 18+, so be warned!!

I love an alpha! And the hero is definitely all alpha. Don't like reading about rape so was not crazy about that aspect of the story. I was also confused at how abused she had been yet she was really into D/s and basically other things that were very close to her abusive history. Tons of action and I loved the supernatural aspect. The narrator did a good job.
