About this listen

It can take time to feel proud of who you are.

Violet Kane is perfect. At least, that’s what people are supposed to think. She has the perfect career, the perfect presentation, and, until recently, she was engaged to the perfect man. To everyone around her, she's perfectly happy. But pretending to be happy is difficult when you're breaking apart at the seams. Be it with eighty-hour work weeks, nicotine dependency, or dark thoughts of just ending it all…Violet has used nearly every tool available to maintain her performance.

If only Violet could trust someone to take that desperate control away. To let her turn off.

Something is hunting Reyna Alvarez, and though she knows what it is, it doesn’t make it any easier to deal with. When she contacts the Court of Chains for help, she is confined to a secluded forest cabin for her protection. But hiding and submitting isn't in the nature of a Pride fiend.

So when a beautiful, stressed-out, high-strung woman appears at her cozy prison, Reyna proposes a practical arrangement. If Violet Kane were around—on her knees, no less—isolation might even be fun.

A Little Sin is a lesbian paranormal romance that depicts the highs and lows of coming out later in life and learning to live for yourself rather than someone else’s expectations.

Content note: This story features explicit content and themes that may be disturbing to some listeners. It is a complete standalone and can be listened to without knowing anything about the Court of Chains universe.

Enjoyed a second visit to this world, book takes a different turn with a few characters returning but a much lighter vibe than book 1 but still very enjoyable

A good second

I LOVED IT. 💖
This is a fantastic captivating exciting fantasy, it's an amazing emotional journey of overcoming insecurities and emotional abuse. It's beautiful, horrifying and very emotional, all rolled together with a splattering of spice.🌶
Excellent narration, a beautiful performance. 🎶

This author is a first for me. But the reviews were great so thought I’d try. I was a bit doubtful as not keen on fantasy stories.
I take it all back. I loved this book.
The emotions and honesty plus the spice make it an all around great book.
I’ve just downloaded another episode.
I would definitely recommend

Amazing

I admit I prefer the first book, this book is not so complex. It’s a great story, but is more bdsm than ‘monster’ which is a shame. I found the narration good, but made the MC sound aggressive rather than dominant in bdsm scenes. I would have loved to have seen the MCs from the first book pop in more. It’s a good story, but the first book is hands down the best.m

Great story, but not as good as book one

The sexy passages are a delight and the fantasy elements griping, but this, at its heart, is a story of a relationship which is deeply romantic without ever becoming sacharine.
The narrator, also, at least for me, doesn't hit a single wrong note .

Tres magnifique
