Easy to listen to and inspiring!

Everything I want from a pod cast. Good knowledge that you can put into practice straight away. I knew how long each episode was. Clearly spoken, and a good, easy to follow workbook is also available. I've now looked Dominique up and joined her FB group. Also, looking at her books to read or listen too.

Clear and powerful messages

I loved the honesty and integrity with which the messages are conveyed. The examples and explanations are so clear, so powerful and have really stayed with me. I have listened to the book twice already and recommended it to a few friends. it's a true life changer.

The tools I have been looking for

Fabulous podcast series. I have been looking for tools to set me in the right direction with overcoming various life challenges and this ticks all the boxes.
Dominique's presentation is very listenable and I could relate to every one of her steps, especially choosing your mood and saying no. I've listened twice so far and have downloaded the workbook, so that's the next step, to create a written reminder of how I can use the steps to make my life happier.
Thank you Dominique. You have given me the tools I need and now I can apply them, and can't wait to do so.

Bite sized simple steps

A good reminder that we are human and we struggle with the same issues. All is normal.
Simple steps to remind us of that - and we all need a good reminder every now and then when we need to gain perspective and control of what truly matters.

Personally loved the first step. Makes you question the long old bucket list - does it still make sense?

Feel more positive

This podcast has made me rethink how I treat myself and how I handle aspects of my work, I have stopped berating myself when I do something wrong and I’m trying to change my habit of replying to work requests immediately and give myself time as most people are happy to receive a reply with an expected completion date rather than me feeling I have to get it done immediately, often they don’t want an immediate response as it will require them to do additional work
