Nice Audiobook!

extremely grateful to the author!

Not only has my mom's general health improved, but her pain has also greatly decreased. We both think this anti-inflammatory strategy is quite effective! I am extremely grateful to the author for this amazing work. That being said, it wasn't a miraculous treatment; in order to have those amazing results, you also need to put in work and patience.

A MUST HAVE!!

My job is demanding, and I often resorted to sugary snacks and processed foods for a quick energy boost. The inevitable crash left me feeling sluggish and foggy. My doctor suggested I explore anti-inflammatory diets, and I stumbled upon this book. Listen for I while and I already learned a lot and everything becomes clear to me. Amazing!!

As a weekend tennis fanatic, I was constantly battling post-game aches and pains. Over-the-counter meds just weren't cutting it anymore.
