An absolute must!
I truly enjoyed this listen, jammed packed with the most important things to know when starting up your airbnb. I've listened to a few of these books and particularly enjoyed this one as it covers aspects that were not present in other airbnb starter tools. It is an up-to-date manual with straight-to-the-point advice that are sure to support a successful rental business.

The perfect beginner's guide
I just finished listening to "The Beginner’s Guide to a Profitable Airbnb Business - How to Start and Manage Short-Term Vacation Rental Investing to Make Passive Income, Achieve Financial Freedom and Retire Early" and I have to say, I am blown away! The audiobook covers everything you need to know about starting your own Airbnb rental business, from planning to pricing to managing your property. What really stood out to me was the section on maximizing your earnings. The insights on just how to adjust prices based on demand and offering discounts for longer stays can help increase occupancy rates and maximize earnings were perfect. I always knew this could help, but wasn’t exactly sure how to do it until listening to this audiobook!

Very informative
This is a great book for anyone new to Airbnb. I have had a rental property for a few years but want to expand into Airbnb lets. This book is full of nuggets of information and will teach you all you need to know from choosing the right properties to navigating the legal aspects! Written in a very easy to understand way so idea for beginners. Learnt lots I hadn’t thought of before!

Amazing information
I love learning about other ways to help secure an income for my family. I love the thought of having a short term rental but I needed to know the ins and outs along with all the risks.
