Insight and practical wisdom
An excellent collection of short essays read by the author.
He knows his stuff. If you’re interested in spirituality, meditation, the perennial philosophy, timeless wisdom etc then there are gems here waiting for you.
It’s short yet highly succinct and practical.

Paradoxical Truth ... but not as you, know it
I gave this short work five stars for story because its the story of YOU ...
But told to make YOU Stop!
To come to a knowing, albeit paradoxical ... that what you think, percieve, sense, believe, feel, smell and taste even, may not, match or equate to the reality you, think, percieve, sense, believe, feel, smell and taste, exists outside of you out there ...
This is a very important presentation of in-formation, that will change the way you are in-form-ed, and re-forms you, if you will and, the form, in which your Being in the World is formed.
Educational, poetic, mind-bending ... Mindstuff ... to be enjoyed and pondered.
Go on explore the YOUniverse, within you and within which you are formed and endlessly reforming ...
Much of the material is on Peter Russell's website, and his YouTube channel and other media and places on the web ... but its great to have it all in ONE place where Peter in my clearly biased opinion has planted miroe than a few "Seeds of Awakening"
