Everyone should buy this book!

This book explained one trap was that the tool becomes the end-all and the Scrum Master becomes the Communication go-between. The advice and tips have helped me a lot in my journey for the certification and also changing my mind towards usage of Scrum.

Best book getting into Scrum

It really gets into the philosophy that underlies Scrum. I particularly appreciate that the book describes Scrum without selling it to you and without knocking other approaches.
