Amazing book.

This book showed to be extremely valuable. A lot of knowledge regarding plant-based diets can be intimidating or confusing.
This particular one is intended to be compassionate and beneficial. I'll Definity going to follow it and will share this with my loves one.
I also want to appreciate narrator for such amazing content selectin. This is a recommended audiobook.

Starting a new food journey

I’ve long been a foodie but over recent months I’ve realised the importance of looking after my food habits a lot better. This book was a fantastic guide at looking to more plant based options. I’m going to be doing a regular meatless day too and the book was really insightful into the different plant based options.

A great guide for anyone wanting a healthier life!

educational and interesting

I enjoyed this audio.
I found this book to be so helpful. Many plant based eating resources can be overwhelming or intimidating.
This one has a tone of encouragement and help.
I am really excited to renew my vegetarian journey using many of the tips I have learned in this book.
