Paleo diet as easy and pain-free as possible

This book helped me a lot in understanding this type of diet and its difference form Atkins diet, it's not just a recipe book, there's more to it than that.

Very good information

This is the most common sense nutrition plan out there. Explains what our bodies are designed to eat. I stumbled into this book in researching a couple nutritional truths I learned by experience, Thanks

Simply love it!

Great book for everyone who is starting with diet and healthy lifestyle. This book is not just a diet meal plan. It is more than that. You can find a lot of information. How to start, what to eat, when to eat and how to plan your everyday meal plan. Simply love it!

These are really delicious
