As an experienced Chair and Trustee of-profit Boards, I can highly recommend ‘Non-profit Board Success’ as it provides an excellent resource, both for existing and seasoned Trustees, especially in terms of effective and on-going governance, as well as those considering the Trustee role for the first time.
