This is a very good book
Various extras come with getting the book like podcasts and useful articles and interviews. This is the kind of book where you listen to some and then think about it for a while. It says in the first section to think and practice for a couple of weeks before moving on.

The audiobook was interesting and funny too. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to know what they can be doing to engage their brain more and stay more alert. This is an excellent book.
This is an excellent distillation of the lessons and advice given. This is the second book I have purchased and do not understand why every single person in the world doesn't have this book. It should be taught at every grade level in every school.
