"Focuses on real-world conversation...Great value." (Men's Health)
As as self proclaimed "intermediate" level learner I found this course extremely helpful. Needless to say, to get as much as possible out of it you will probably need to listen to the whole 9 hours several times, but then that just shows the volume of content it covers. Well worth the money.
In this book, you will find several examples subjunctive and imperfect tenses. Conjunctions are also well covered. It covers examples of imperatives as well. All sentences and examples are real world examples.
The pity is that none of the book description (from this author-Mark Frobose) properly describe what they cover making it difficult to purchase.
Compared to other titles from Mark Frobose on Spanish, this book covers good amount of material, others mostly cover little material and more of repetition.
"Great audio book for learning Spanish."
At first, it seems to be very tough. After reading it a few times it became easier to repeat and comprehend the conversations. Improvement opportunities: Longer delay before Spanish response so that student can try figuring it out first. Spelling of new words. Most words are pronounced very different from their writing. Still - thank You to the author!
"This is the one you want!"
This is my favorite audio book for learning Spanish.
Don't waste time with Pemsleur, get this first. This series gives you the best chance to learn Spanish. You will need a good verb book, and a good grammer book, but this series is essential. Really, it doesn't get better than this. I have tried them all. Use the others for supplementation after you listen to this series for a few times. This series finishes what the others start. Good job, Mark Frobose!
