Summary
Is conversational French turning a little too tricky for you? Do you have no idea on how to order a meal or book a room at a hotel?
If your answer to any of the previous questions was "Yes", then this audiobook is for you!
If there’s even been something tougher than learning the grammar rules of a new language, it’s finding the way to speak with other people in that tongue. Any student knows this - we can try our best at practicing, but you always want to avoid making embarrassing mistakes or not getting your message through correctly.
"How do I get out of this situation?", many students ask themselves, to no avail, as no answer is forthcoming.
Until now.
We have compiled more than 100 French stories for beginners along with their translations, allowing new French speakers to have the necessary tools to begin studying how to set a meeting, rent a car, or tell a doctor they don’t feel well! We’re not wasting time here with conversations that don’t go anywhere: If you want to know how to solve problems (while learning a ton of French along the way, obviously), this audiobook is for you!
How Conversational French Dialogues works:
- Each new chapter will have a fresh new story between two people who wish to solve a common day-to-day issue you will surely encounter in real life.
- A French version of the conversation will take place first, followed by an English translation. This ensures that you fully understood just what it was they were saying!
- Before and after the main section of the audiobook, we shall provide you with an introduction and conclusion that will offer you important strategies, tips, and tricks to allow you to get the absolute most out of this learning material.
- That’s about it! Simple, useful, and incredibly helpful; you will not need another conversational French guide once you have begun listening to and studying this one!
We want you to feel comfortable while learning the tongue; after all, no language should be a barrier for you to travel around the world and expand your social circles!
So look no further! Pick up your copy of Conversational French Dialogues and start learning French right now!

A great help for French learners!
This book is really useful for improving comprehension of the French language, especially in a conversational context. Various common daily dialogues are illustrated e.g. ordering a pizza, and the illustrations are well paced to allow for understanding. The French dialogues are given, and then the English translation is done. This helps the listener to follow the dialogues with proper translations in context. The short stories are also relatable and interesting. It is however more effective for people with some competence with speaking French and English, and not necessarily for absolute beginners.
Good book!

Brilliant
I am moving to France in the summer so I need to learn French. I am intermediate level. These conversations are excellent. They are clearly spoken and not too long. They can also be quite funny. I try to listen to about 3 a day and I listen to them over and over again to get the sense of it. The pdf is also great, and the translation is so useful. It would be nice though if the pdf could be downloaded. Thank you for a great learning tool. Paul.

Addicted to learn French!
I started learning French to be able to communicate while travelling, but now I know way more than I was aiming for. This book has helped me to focus on a day to day phrasing and conversing in French, it's really easy to follow through the chapters and repeat after the dialogues. It's awesome! Super recommend it!

For learning French vocabulary and pronunciation
Conversational French Dialogues has 105 short stories /conversations covering a wide range of situations, from ordering a Pizza, being at a supermarket checkout, visiting a house.
My purchase was via Audible so I received the audio tracks and a pdf copy of the book. The stories are read in French first and then in English – with the French/English translations in the pdf if you wish to read the dialogue at the same time.
With Audible you can slow down the speed of the conversation if you are struggling to initially understand what is being said. As you become more proficient, you’ll be able to listen at normal speed. I am a complete beginner and am slowly beginning to build up my French vocabulary using resources like this book. 2000 Most Common French Words in Context, also by Lingo-mastery is very useful as well.
To get the most out of this book, I believe it is important to read along out loud as I believe this is the best way to learn any language. Try and make sure you are relaxed and don’t put yourself under pressure trying to remember the words. I forget what words mean all the time but by going back over the stories days or weeks later, it eventually starts to stick.
You won’t learn French just by reading this book alone and it’s a good idea to use other useful resources such as Duolingo, Tiny Cards, and audio courses by Michel Thomas and Paul Noble (the later are both available on Amazon/Audible).

Learn French the easy way!
This book is great for quickly improving conversational skills in French. It works best for those with some basic idea of French words and their meaning. I initially started learning French from books, understanding conjugations and the likes. However, this book has helped me to put it all in perspective. Listening to conversations and stories in French make the lessons more relatable and interesting. The French conversations are first introduced, which helps the listener to follow how certain words are pronounced and used. Then, the interpretation in English is given to improve comprehension.
Excellent work by the author, and the narration was well done too.
P.S: I received a free copy of this book for a honest review.

If you already speak French works, otherwise not
You have dialogues of a few minutes in French, then English, but on a two minutes conversation in French, the after English you kind of get lost, could even have start in English at least to get some context

Boreing
Just French people talking really fast. No teaching involved. Not educational. There are more pleasant ways of learning.
