More than just goal setting
The thing that impressed me the most though was the holistic approach to the whole subject. So many of these kinds of books just focus on the goal setting side of things and forget about the human who is achieving them (or not). I know personally, when I'm feeling good and feeling good about myself, I'm much more likely to achieve whatever I'm aiming at. So with this in mind, it was great to see chapters like creating morning routines, making health a habit, avoiding burnout and staying in the flow.

The best audibles I come across
This audio-book has completely changed my mentality. Currently, I view life differently better than I did before, and right now my life is full of 'life.' I'm a happy person and I know how to handle my anxiety and external pressure.

Brilliant book and some amazing hints and tips
The brilliant book picked up so many tips and hints to make changes to my personal and professional life. Anyone who finds an excuse to do anything else rather than the job at hand should lsen this book! The journal really helps focus the mind on the what and the why.

An incredibly successful book.
I like the author's style because I got top quality information in a succinct and powerful way. I start each day listen to a daily passage from this book. I highly recommend it.
Practical recommendations for achieving self-discipline have become useful to me. These tips help you overcome procrastination through everyday, recurring, rewarding actions. Initially, it looks like a routine, but after a few weeks, these actions become a habit and do not present much difficulty.
