I’ve changed!
Loved this book. I listened to it chapter by chapter over a couple of months. Within that time, I have found myself turning into a bit of a healthy eating chef, only cooking meals from whole foods and really disliking processed foods and ones that are not home made. I don’t know how this book has done this to me but I love that it has! I feel like a new person, just from eating the good stuff. I have found myself exercising regularly and wanting to and I am a stone lighter. I have another stone to go, but I know it will happen by keeping up my new found habits. I really rate this book (and I think I was asleep/hypnotised for at least half of it!).

Worth it despite the messiness
This audio book is a mess, I'll be honest. The chapters are all mixed up, and some of the parts that are promised in the accompanying pdf are not in the audio book. It feels a bit like someone had the CDs and copied them to upload as an audio book, but they didn't do all the CDs and didn't pay attention to the order of the tracks. Chapter 3 cuts off part way, but the same full track is in Chapter 6. Chapter 8 cuts off right at the end, about a second or two early. So it has taken a lot of effort for me, someone who really cares about organisation, to look past the chaos of this audio book.
That being said, I'm still giving this 5 stars and I highly recommend it! It is worth powering through the messiness of the order of the tracks and missing sections. I haven't lost weight yet, after a few days of listening, but I have noticed a drastic, positive change in my appetite, portion sizes, attitude to weight and scales, obsession with "dieting," motivation to exercise, and my response to my full signal.
I would suggest using the Audible "timer" function to set it to play only to the end of the chapter when you are doing the meditations, in case you fall asleep.
This is my best attempt at organising the chapters:

Brilliant!
I have just finished the 7 day programme and am amazed at how my appetite has reduced. I have lost my anxiety around eating 'bad' foods, although I feel more and more drawn to wanting to eat healthier foods without any effort. If I'm hungry, I eat what I want without worrying, and have very quickly become aware of when I am feeling full. I'm also more in tune with when my hunger is emotional and not true hunger. I haven't weighed myself, and I won't. I'm going to judge my weight loss by how my clothes fit because weighing myself constantly increases my anxiety. My clothes already feel looser and I have so much more energy. The techniques are really effective and the mind programming really does send you into a very deep, relaxed state. I have purchased Paul's new book for reducing anxiety, and having seen the results of this programme, I'm very hopeful!

Brilliant
This book has been excellent in so many ways....a few weeks in and I have lost 10lbs in weight and 5" off my waist. I find the hypnosis sessions incredibly relaxing and help not just with weight loss but to destress and feel more confident in every situation. My husband listens to some of the hypnosis sessions purely to reduce anxiety a definite 10 out fo 10!
