Good Content, Bad Narrator

The content of the book is valuable, but it is hard to follow along with the reader. The person is very robotic, and his inflection timing is off. Early on in the book, he loses his temper for messing up and curses at himself, which is distracting and takes away from the message. Ironically, the book is about communication.
