I can't think of anything of real value that I took away from this. In fact I only finished listening to the book this morning and I'm struggling to pick anything out. It all depends on your starting point and where you are on your own personal journey and for me I needed practical, useful strategies.

Make it live up to its title for one! Does not do any of that.
Having a man narrate a book written by (and presumably about) women is ridiculous IMO. Also he had an awful voice - robotic.
Again, I wish Audible could stipulate somewhere in the description if it is an American book because websites/shops mentioned etc are not applicable to UK readers.
this book was very helpful and motivating. I woul have preferred it the narrator was a female. just bc you would be able to relate more with her story
Overall the book does have some good ideas, but nothing groundbreaking. Its short and repetitive. The narrator is male, the author female...just odd to hear the narrator talk in the author's third person (she, her, etc).

This is one of the best audio book about commitment to a healthy wellness and lifestyle for me and the whole family.
Health and wellness lifestyle is my favorite character in the audio book. It is because it simply says it all. The author's commitment towards Healthy Lifestyle is incredible.
The narration on the concept of holistic wellness.
I learned so much of this book that is important and useful in my everyday routine in life. Achieving healthy wellness is not easy at the beginning but if you make it a habit for sure you can come up with an excellent result.
The author is very committed herself on healthy lifestyle. I love the narration as well and the way the book written is amazing. It is highly recommended!

There are limitless reasons why it is important to have a healthy lifestyle and it is self explanatory. The only thing that hinders one from doing so is having a proper mindset to get that started and continued.
The practical tips and personal experiences that the author shared in this audio book is the most memorable moment, I would say. It is because these are something that us, listeners, can relate to and we can definitely apply.
I like how clear he narrates and doesn't sound boring at all.
What I learned is "you can become your own coach". This definitely explains for itself. You are the captain of your own ship and only you can help yourself be motivated and get what you really want.

Yes I have gone through both and they are awesome. I personally prefer audiobooks though.
The passion the author shows
this was my first
I really like Marta's books and have read most of them. Her style is friendly and informative. She shares a lot about her own health journey and experience, giving practical down to earth guidance. I liked this book a lot but must say I prefer hearing her reading her own work. It was a little funny hearing a guy say things you expect to hear from a female voice. Overall this was a good audible, recommended!
Covers all aspects of wellbeing from nutrition to fitness and key ways of implementing a healthy lifestyle. Would recommend it.
This is a bunch of useless ramblings tried listening 3 times and was never able to finish a waste of a listen
"It is a true game-changer"
A simple but powerful book about realizing that only you limit your potential and you capable of anything.
It's a short book to motivate people to think about their goals, be committed to them, take actions, assess the results (to measure the effectiveness of those actions), and adjust their plans until their goals are achieved.
Excellent book but you must practice what's in it if you want to change your life. If you need motivation and a better understanding of yourself, read this book.
