Life changing
Wow. Often these type of books are repetitive and you learn one or two things. In this Book, I found myself really learning from every single chapter and applying it instantly. Thank you for the increased sense of well being and above all compassion and joy I now share more with others!

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever found a health and well-being type book that I’ve actually got on with before but I genuinely feel like this one has brought about some positive changes in my life and the way I see myself. Definitely give it a go

Enlightening
It has helped me to identify aspects of my mental Health that I wasn’t aware of, it has given me great sources of information and guidelines to follow, which hopefully, or I will dear to say it will definitely put me in the frame of mind, to identify my real problems and issues, and to cope with the adversity of my health conditions, my approach to life itself, and my interactions with the outside world, feel stronger within myself, and live a more peaceful, happier life, no matter what the future holds

Dr C at his best
The 4th book by the doctor for our times Dr
Chatterjee. I loved this, so much so that after listening to it I listened to it all over again. Lots of easy to understand science served up in an easy to understand format without never being condescending. Heartily recommended.

could almost have been written about me
have tried numerous self books, but this one spoke volumes to me, it had no gimmicks or waffle, just pure thoughts and simple clear messages, narrated by a very calming and compassionate man, listening to it back to back now, even going to buy the Kindle version to make notes. thank you R

A really easy listen
First time I'd listened to anything by Dr Rangan. an enjoyable and thought provoking listen. the chapter on mobile detox was particularly useful. we can all be so much happier by avoiding the news and not being a slave to the convenience of our phones.
