Bought this book on the daily kindle deals+ Audible version.

I recommend this book for anyone who would like to make small changes to improve their health and wellbeing such as diet and exercise.

Helping your gut bacteria by adding prebiotics foods and adding a probiotic supplement for a month if you suffer from bloating.

I especially enjoyed the "I want a sharper memory" section of the book which includes Alzheimer's, peri-menopause, brain fog, pre- diabetes, vitamins and iron deficiency.

Part 4: Your health Fix. All things are difficult before they get easier.
Tools and concepts for making changes such as preventing blood glucose spikes, keeping a food and exercise diary+ any significant life events and illnesses. elimination trial, too much vs too little, exercises, sunlight, stress, genetics, diet, infections, sleep and environment can all affect our health and wellbeing.

Do yourself a favour and listen to this book

No hard and fast set rules to improve your health and life. An eye opening book with real life case studies and a multitude of ways to tackle problems in your own life. Thanks Doc.

Insightful

An extremely easy listen with insightful ideas on our health. It could be easy, given the subject matter, for this to be a hard listen but this isn’t the case. The points are made with case studies which help create a picture for the listener. The ideas are easy to apply and will undoubtedly benefit many. Finished within a few days, loved it!

Brilliant guide to helping yourself.

I’m a big fan. This is easy to digest and the use of real case studies helps you to understand how to apply the system. Lots of useful information and useful tips. I will be trying this out and hope to improve my own health.

Inspiring

I purchased this book after listening to the author on Dr Chatterjees podcast. I was not disappointed. The book is really easy to listen to and highly relatable. I am definitely inspired after listening to this book and already in the process of making my own lifestyle changes.

Great read!

Fantastic book, so easy to follow. The case studies really help to put different issues into perspective. I am generally healthy, but it's helped me to identify how to improve areas they I often neglect as well as realise that my health actually does need improvement. I would definitely recommend this book to everyone!
