Positiveness built on a positive motivation is the way to health. This was a great audiobook that I highly recommend to everyone as an enforcer of the worth that’s out there and a refresher of the possibilities that exist all around. Top of line, best affirmations!

I went through a time where I was very down and uninterested in my life and I decided to change my life by improving my thinking through subliminal affirmations while sleeping.

Exceptional but not an easy task!

Coming straight from personal experience coupled with this audible. I just got this and can't put it down. The author shares her struggles with these entities and utilizes scripture to bring it full circle. Not an easy way to do but continues work will do it.

A good product

Wow! This audiobook has really changed my life !!! I play it everyday n night and several times a day.
My husband is listening to it and doesn't even realize it!! Once the audible was done, I just felt so "good". love it......

Negativity/Anxiety is unwholesome ...

I know that our outlook on life has a tremendous influence on not only our happiness but also our emotional and professional success, our health, our associations, and even our life expectancy!
Negativity/Anxiety, on the other hand, is harmful and is the cause of so much pain, worry, wasted time, and missed possibility in so many people's lives. The benefits of becoming an optimistic thinker are almost infinite. A more optimistic, more upbeat perspective toward life, a “can do” mindset which can guide to improved success both personally and professionally and a lot more...

The methods are easy to follow!
