Beginner Friendly!

I love kitchen gadgets and who can resist a Black Friday sale? However, I didn't know the first thing about juicing until picking up this book! It packed with all kinds of helpful info to make your juicing experience successful and sustainable! Highly recommend!

Fantastic for beginners!

This is a great audiobook, and I am so happy I listened to it. I have been curious about juicing for a while now but am also slightly intimidated by it. One of my resolutions this year is to eat better and prepare healthier foods for my family, so this audiobook is actually helping me to do this! It's really pretty awesome. The recipes are wonderful, and I really appreciate that the author wrote this with the beginner in mind and goes over things like helping you pick out the proper vegetables; this made the process very easy for me!

Comprehensive Guide to Juicing

This book covers so much - I was pleasantly surprised at the depth and detail in the book. The book goes over the different juicing methods, dispells some myths about juicing and provides a lot of recipes to try out. I appreciated the information on the benefits of the different kinds of ingredients you can use for juicing as well as how to make find time to make it part of your life. If you are looking to start doing juicing this book is a fantastic place to start.

It's got the juice!

First of all, the script is really fun. The tone is lighthearted and playful. I like that kind of thing.

Next, the info was great. It gets you REALLY excited about health in general, and of course, juicing. All the benefits you could get, and how to get them. If you're looking for a "reset" or even just a routine that could supercharge your health, this is for you.

I really enjoyed the section on busting myths. I had pretty much all of those concerns! And the book helped me see another angle. And I loved the recipes!

Also, if you're looking to do any kind of juice detox, this will help you so much, because it really maps out how to set expectations for that kind of thing. Overall a great listen!

Who knew I'd get so excited about this?

Starting on the juicing bandwagon was a bit of a whim for me. Honestly, I've always been a bit skeptical about how much of a difference it could make. But this guide? It kinda flipped the script for me. It's laid out in a way that's easy to digest (pun intended), making the whole "eat your fruits and veggies" thing a lot less of a chore and more of an adventure.

The recipes are the real deal — simple, tasty, and didn't require me to hunt down obscure ingredients. It was refreshing to find guidance that didn't talk over my head or make me feel out of my league. It's made a noticeable difference in how I feel energy-wise, and I'm actually looking forward to my daily juice now. Who knew a bunch of blended fruits and veggies could be something to get excited about?
