Decent Advice
Some good theories in here about thinking about money. Although with an American bias, and I still have no idea how to go from low income to property investor, as the basic advice here is buy property to make money

Good content, poor performance
This is a useful book based on solid fundamentals. Scored 1 star for performance as you can hear every breath and mouth noise of the narrator, which is incredibly off-putting
