    Very useful book

Unlike other books, you really have to pause and reflect on chapters in order to put it into practice. You may want to read it twice but it really can help you to get along with people better.

    Interesting Lessons

The book discusses different approaches to interpersonal interactions, and how these different approaches can garner different outcomes. The broad take home message I got from this book is that it can be helpful to think from the perspective of the other party. In doing so you can make attempts to understand the position of the other party and then seek to find ways to generate outcomes that are favourable for all involved in an interaction.

    Always be sincere!

Loved this book, I would recommend this to anyone…wish I read this in my younger years.

    Everyone must listen

Highly recommend. Funny how such an older book actually conveys worthwhile messages that far surpass many of the 'newer' books of today. Some things don't change and this has been one of the best books, where I've taken away meaningful advise/suggestions. It may be an old audio book but the messages far outweigh many of the others I have listened to.

Good overall but very repetitive .

First few chapters will give you a great idea on how to communicate in a real life business environment but not too deep.

    A good classic

I liked that there are so many basic principles to take people with you that you know but should be mentioned and put together in brilliantly illustrated examples for listeners to absorb them better

Great book, with plenty of examples. If only we could practice more often these suggestions…!

    Timeless

It’s a simple but incredible manual on how to master the art of conversation in a more skilful way.

A must for everyone, it's simply brilliant.

If the world applied even a snapshot of the principles in this book it would be a better place and here's hoping that'll happen.

    All time favourite

Excellent book. As relevant today as it was when written
It could do with a little edit in today’s politically correct and conscious readership.
