a great book
Well I listen to the books in the car to amd from work. I picked up a few important things from the book. I put them into practice, like just making sure you appreciate people, and making sure you understand they are busy and saying thing like if it's not to much trouble, and making them aware you you appreciate there skills and knowledge and value them. If you make a mistake, own that mistake and just say sorry and accept it.
I did this on day 1 of coming from from Christmas break. you would not believe the responses I was getting and how quick I was getting replies which would normal take weeks to get a reply, if I got one at all, I had a professional replying 2 days later apologising to me for taking so long to reply!

Great book - very practical
I enjoyed listening to this and taking lots of notes with plenty excellent information. A very practical book with principles that can be applied to ones life immediately!

Everything about this book was outstanding
All the fuss is completely justified. The old style delivery and lessons from this book, as well as real life applications and examples of techniques put into practice made this a joy to listen to.
I will listen to it again and again.
