the ultimade nutrition guide
I have read a lot of nutrition book and audiobook, but this one is my absolute favorite. I loved this audiobook and found it so interesting! I believe we don’t talk enough about how complicated nutrition can be, this audiobook does a fantastic job at breaking down the information and making it easily understandable. Growing up, my mom always shared tips and recipes on having a healthy nutrition. Still, this book had so much many new information and explanations on how it makes a difference to our bodies. This book is an excellent guide for beginners and people who want to elevate their nutrition, which also means a healthy body. I recommend this audiobook to anyone !

Learned so Much
I grabbed this book because I’ve started paying more attention to nutrition since my son just got his autism diagnosis. I really liked that this book covers a vast amount of vitamins and minerals broken down into their own chapters making this book easy to navigate after getting blood work back and wanting to learn more about specific vitamins you are deficient in and want to learn more about. Overall I found it an excellent resource!
