Educative and Relevant!

The book "All You Need:Lose Weight the Healthy Way and Keep It Off " The book gives insight into keeping focus on optimal health and maintaining it with practical and relatable examples of the author's own life. He shred 36kg and was able to keep it.
It has actionable tips,facts and solutions that can be applied. To be something you have to do something, so the book provides problems and good ideas on what we all can do if it is all actioned.

Best weight loss book!

I love this book, the author shares his transformational journey from obesity to losing weight while living a healthy life. If you are obese and want to live a healthy life, listen to this audiobook. The author will encourage you to overcome your own fiber class, stop generational obesity. Also, your children learn from what you model to them. If you decide to live a healthy lifestyle you need to lift weights and eat healthily. I love all the stories that the author tells to make his point about living a healthy life. Thank you for this informative book.

Great info

This is great book with lots of useful information on weight loss and on establishing healthy habits so you can lead a healthy lifestyle. It gives you advice on nutrition and workouts. It also encourages you to make a plan in order to achieve your health goals.

This resource focuses more on how to change unsupportive habits and replacing them with one’s that’ll change your life for the better. The book goes beyond just telling you what you should or shouldn’t eat. It gets to the root cause of why you struggle with certain health issues and eating disorders.

If you’re looking for a guide that’ll show you HOW to change your health for the better, then look no further. Loved all of the stories that illustrated key concepts being highlighted in each chapter.

It all boils down to taking responsibility for your health. Tony shows you how to make it an easier process towards positive change.

Great information

I've read many books on weight loss, and this one is more on the point that most. This book starts at the beginning and goes through more advanced strategies. The examples are good and are relevant. The book is not overly long; the length is about right. It would have been nice to have a resource PDF, but that is minor. This book is a good listen is worth your time.

Quick, different listen

I really enjoyed this book, though I was slightly surprised at the content in comparison to its description. Yes, it gives you everything you need, but it’s much less about weight loss plans and much more about cultivating your own “inner mountain man” — the person that will take responsibility and bring about the achievement of your health and fitness goals.

When I say I thought the book was different from the description, what I mean is that it doesn’t really get into the details of what to eat and when. Instead, it focuses on the foundations of health — accepting where you are right now and taking responsibility for your current state.

It does briefly cover diet plans, but the message is more on the “take responsibility and adhere to the basic principles” side of things. To be honest, I actually think that’s more helpful than pushing a specific diet plan because it shows that any of us, no matter what food preferences we have, can achieve what we desire. It just takes a little discipline, and this book thoughtfully reminds us of that.

From fat to fit

This is not a book which will shame you for your prior choices. Nor is the author going to take a holier-than-thou approach and tell you to just eat dry chicken and broccoli for the next 40 years.

It covers the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, which starts will loving yourself first and foremost. This is an important point to note and something no diet or eating plan can replace.

You'll finish listening and feel motivated to continue a lifelong journey of healthy habits. Great book all around!

Amazing!!

I am insanely impressed with the author's writing style. If you have been trying forever to lose weight and it just won't come off then this is the last book that you need. The author is very organized and science based with real-life practical advice that will almost guarantee you to lose the weight. Do yourself a favor and buy this book. Your body and mind will thank you.
