Life changing book
I've read numerous books to stop the evil habit of drinking alcohol, just finished this one today and I genuinely feel different, that urge to drink seems to have gone.
I'm sure there will be some difficult days the next few weeks, but the way I feel now I'm sure I can deal with them.

Just what I needed
Really enjoyed how this book was set out and was well read by the author.
I’ve brought myself from being a heavy drinker to now a moderate drinker with the occasional binge. This book has given me that push I needed to give up alcohol completely. Through the methods set out in it.

Emotional and full of facts neatly described
if your life's in a mess due to alcohol it's worth finding what works to leave it behind, good explanation of how and why I hadn't made the break from this evil poison, until today!

Had to be ready to receive
It took me a couple of starts over a period of a few months to get into this, and I think that was due to me not being in the right headspace to take onboard what was covered. However, I haven been through it now listening to some almost daily, and I've found it really helpful. If you're not feeling it at first, that's okay. Give it time and come back to it when you're ready.
