Meditation is the key to opening the mind

I bought this book to use with my wife. I have a Master's diploma in Erickson Hypnosis as well as a Master's diploma in NLP, so I am very experienced in the practices of relaxing the body and giving suggestions to clients to help them relax or sleep. For some reason, my wife is not very susceptible to falling under my sessions. However, she did relax enough to fall into a deep sleep (unlike a trance) and woke up really refreshed. This is something that we want for all of our subjects and this recording hits all the right chords. My wife wanted to know why it worked so well when someone else was doing the procedure, instead of me. I told her it probably had to do with the fact that she has spent 35 years NOT listening to me! I highly recommend this book to anyone!

Works for a man too!

I decided to take a read on this book even though it is designed for women. I tried it early in the morning after a long night of restlessness. The voice and music were soothing.

Good book for recharging

This book is intended to make you so relaxed, you can fall a sleep or into a trance like state. It is a good way to be calm and rejuvenated. Having listened to this book, it has helped me to be more confident and better able to undertake challenges. It says it is for women, but it really is for any gender.

Sooo relaxing!!

Honestly can’t explain how relaxing this was with headphones. The chimes in the background, the narrators voice, the content, just so peaceful!

Relaxing meditation

I can go through periods where getting to sleep can be difficult. I have found these meditations to be really helpful in these situations, relaxing me just enough to help me fall asleep. They really help to clear my mind, reduce anxiety and help me drift off

Oh my Heaven!

I'm in LOVE with this audio book! I was so relaxed sleep came easily. Usually I struggle every night to turn off the noises in my head, of all the things I must accomplish or didn't accomplish yet. I love guided meditations and the narrator did an excellent job at stimulating my senses. I could feel the sun's warmth and the soothing voice was so relaxing. Recommending to all my gal pals!

Restful and Relaxing

Loved listening to this last night and am excited to use it again tonight! I am one of those busy, never stop thinking types of people so it is sometimes hard to calm my mind when it is time to rest. This helped immensely and I woke feeling very rested, not to mention I slept in!

Impressive!

Works right away!

These past few months, my anxiety has gotten worse, and it has been almost always very difficult to sleep.

This book is a blessing. It has this mesmerising effect/force that will cast your worries away and just ride with the meditation into a deep peace and slumber.

I love the script, the sound, and the narrator’s voice is superb. I slept for 9 hours last night. (!)

Wonderful Just what I needed!

This is very helpful as a great substitute for sleep medication! I have trouble falling and staying asleep. The narrator's gentle soft voice is very soothing, calming, and relaxing.
