Sean F. Ennis studied at King’s College, Cambridge and then earned a PhD at the University of California at Berkeley. His career included economic market analyses for governments, academia and the private sector. After more than two decades working on economic and regulatory topics at the OECD, the European Commission and the US Department of Justice, he is now a Professor at the University of East Anglia in England. He has advised and taught in more than 25 countries, and lived in London, Mauritius, Paris and Washington, DC. His interests include good food, European history and minimalist travel. He is married and has four children and a goldfish.
