Successfully negotiated with The Yucaipa Companies, LLC (holding company) on behalf of Piccadilly Restaurant Investment Group, LLC to acquire the assets and ongoing operations of Piccadilly Cafeterias, Inc. pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. Formed Era Aviation Investment Group, LLC to negotiate and win a bid for Era Aviation Inc., who operates the largest regional airline in Alaska. Sourced and purchased Aloha Airlines pursuant to a Plan of Reorganization through Aloha Aviation Investment Group, LLC for a substantial equity investment with The Yucaipa Companies, LLC . Negotiated and structured the financing for Telecom Pacific Investment, LLC to invest in the telecommunications industry.Within seven months, led the value of the company to grow by 53.6% over the original investment figure, and once annualized, yielded return of approximately 90% on the total sum invested. Sourced and negotiated the purchase of NeWays International for $700M. Demonstrated well-developed leadership expertise as Chief Executive Officer, Director and Chairman of the Board of GenesisIntermedia Inc..Steered company to initial public offering in 1999 with total market cap reaching as high as $450M. Strategically partnered with renowned businessman, Adnan Khashoggi, in facilitating and negotiating significant transactions between major global industrial companies and international governments. Extensively analyzed, communicated, and negotiated lucrative deals among Fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Corporation, Carnival Cruise Lines Inc., Lonrho, Inc., McDonalds Corporation and Eastern Airlines. Instrumental in Structuring multiple large transactions including a $12B pipeline deal in Sudan. Additional Experience: Most recently In 2016 El-Batrawi formed YayYo, Inc. a holding company which lists amongst its assets Rideshare Rentals, a leading provider of rental cars for Uber/Lyft drivers. YayYo, Inc. went public on Nasdaq on 11/15/2019 trading under the symbol (YAYO). El-Batrawi also launched PDQ Pickup, an on-demand pickup and delivery service, on 9/2019. Between the 2019-2021 pandemic years, El-Batrawi sold his stake in YayYo, Inc. and launched EV Mobility a platform dedicated to providing electric vehicles as amenities in upscale hotels, luxury apartments and commercial buildings. Through his production company Hen Entertainment, he produced “The 27 Show”, a musical review in residence at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas. And through his publishing company Extraordinary Life Publications, he wrote and published “Can You Really Think and Grow Rich?
