Jason Williams is a social skills expert whose primary objective is to foster healthy communications in every facet of life. As an introvert who suffered from extreme shyness in his early years which later developed into severe social anxiety, Jason was forced to learn social skills and eventually come out of his shell. But this did not happen until he was well into his adult years. Throughout most of his teenage years, he was bullied and this forced him further into isolation. While he had a lot of generous support from his family, it was difficult for him to articulate the internal struggles that he had. This increased the isolating experience that social anxiety thrust him into and pushed him deeper into a well of loneliness. However, he recognized the need to maintain positive connections with people. The only problem was, he didn't know-how. After suffering for many years on his own, Jason made the phenomenal effort to turn his life around. At the time he made this decision, information on developing social skills was sparse and not suited for day-to-day living. This did not deter him. He continued with his research and applied the knowledge that he gained along the way. Through cognitive behavioral therapy, expert advice as well as sheer determination, he overcame his social anxiety tendencies and developed an innate skill to genuinely connect with people. To ensure that the knowledge he had acquired during his process was not distorted or lost, he meticulously documented his journey. Coming from a place where he was previously unable to even look people in the eye, his transition to this social skills expert and conversation coach is both inspiring and motivating. Today, Jason Williams is the foremost communication consultant at the organization where he works. But conquering his social anxiety and thriving in his relationships was not enough. Jason wanted to ensure that people became more aware of the communication skills that they have and how to harness them. Helping other people who struggle with striking up basic conversations and maintaining relationships for long-term purposes just like he did remains a driving force for Jason. His book, How To Read People Like A Book: The Complete Guide To Analyze People, Decode Emotions, Predict Intentions, Behavior, and Connect Effortlessly explores some of his techniques and delves into socialization from a practical and approachable perspective. As a proficient communicator who has mastered the art of reading people, Jason goes into the darker side of human psychology in his book. He explores those nuances and subconscious languages that people use to communicate without even realizing it. He identifies the core struggles that most introverts and socially inept people have and then proffers unique solutions that are highly effective yet very simple. With this book, you can change your life for good. Jason describes himself as an introvert to this day. But now, this is a choice for him and not something born out of a social disorder.
