Giada Star is the sister of 'Denny', Be Strong Be Tough Be Smart is a book about how a Father overcomes his son's autism by trial and error and learning what worked and what didn't as Denny grew up. Giada gives her point of view at the end of the book describing many situations, stories, and touching on those topics that are not so easy for outsiders to understand when growing up with an autistic sibling. Her portion brings humor and lightheartedness to the book as well as the emotional aspects of their childhood together. Giada is 30 years old with 2 children, living in rural New England. She enjoys gardening, reading, and of course writing is her ultimate passion. Be on the lookout for future books and a blog site soon to be released.
