1. What are audio credits?
If you're on an Audible membership plan then you'll be issued credits to use on the site when you pay your monthly fee. One audio credit can be used against any of our 40,000 titles regardless of how much they cost. The credit is applied to your selection during the checkout process.
2. How do I access the Audible Software so I can listen now?
In order to download and listen to your Audible titles you may need to install some software. Please sign-in and visit 'My Library.' Here you'll be prompted to use the Audible Software Wizard, and you're just a few clicks away from listening.
3. Where are all my audiobooks kept?
You can visit your online bookshelf anytime and anywhere with access to the internet. After signing into Audible.co.uk, just visit 'My Library' - and remember you'll always have full access to your previous downloads.
4. How do I cancel my Audible membership?
If you wish to cancel your Audible membership plan at any time simply contact our friendly Customer Support team on 0800 08 25 100.
5. Is my device compatible?
Chances are if you have a mobile audio device, it's compatible with Audible. Our audio can be listened to on hundreds of AudibleReady® devices, including the Apple® iPod®, Creative®ZEN, SanDisk® SansaT, popular GPS devices like Garmin® and TomTom®, and many mobile phones, including the iPhone®.
