I'm certifiably insane. Just ask my amazing therapist. He's my soul mate and a vampiric serial killer. There's no one I'd rather stalk more.
Except no more late-night slinking for me. I'm in the Asylum, committed as a danger to myself and others. They tell me I'm delusional, and they aren't wrong...except about what.
See, this place is made for supernaturals too dangerous to let roam free. The doctors, the staff, the family members that helped put us here are all in on it, trying to convince us magic is just another delusion. They plan to keep us here forever—sedated and docile.
Aren't we all just perfect test subjects for inhumane experiments? Well, the doctors think so at least.

Bizarre
This is a very strange book. I’m still a little confused as to what the he’ll has happened. With strange characters that you will like but not know why and a unique relationship that they have, I couldn’t put it down. I great performance from all the narrators.

Cute but Psycho!
I was looking forward to this book, and was not disappointed! What a freaking ride. I was at the edge of my seat most of the time. It was so good and suspense filled . The title is very appropriate.

The story sucked me inn from the start. I fell in love with the characters and loved their interaction.. the epilog had me intrigued.. are there a sequel in the making??

Accurate title!!!
"Holy f*ing sh*, Bree killed her first nurse. Aww, she was finally starting to fit in. Maybe I'd macrame her something as an award for the accomplishment."
Bree, Orson, Baz and Nemo are my new favorite psychos. So cute. And so psycho. 😂
We start off with some murder and mayhem, and then into lock up we go. I wanted to strangle Orson to begin with, but then - he'd probably love it (kinky spoiler alert). This book is super steamy once it gets going and the dark stuff happening at this institute is not for the faint of heart, but it's all fun and games at the same time. If you don't mind the dark and depraved and would love to skip alongside some really fun psychos, this is the book for you. This audio has four(!!) narrators and it's such a treat! I mean, when do you get FOUR?? Love it!

Loved it
OMG....I loved this crazy unique story. Cute but Psycho is a dark, paranormal, why choose romance that gave us certifiably insane characters all residing in an asylum. The author did a fabulous job making these characters psychotic, from Bree the dhamphyr who was cute but really insane, to her men, Orsen the unhinged serial killer therapist, Nemo the genetically modified alpha wolf and Baz the poisonous basilisk, these four really did belong in an asylum and it was quite interesting to see how they all came together once Bree decided they were all her soul mates.
You will be laughing your head off at the absurdity of some of the scenes yet at the same time will be amazed at the imagination of the author. This story, with its insane plot was violent, gory, hilarious, steamy and a bit emotional and gave us MF/MFM/MM moments that were explosive, k!nky and sizzling hott. This was a well written page turner that had me hooked from beginning to end. I loved it and would highly recommend it to lovers of dark paranormal RH romance.
I listened to the audible version of this novel and I loved it. The narrators did a fantastic job bringing each character to life. They gave them their own voice and emotions that really brought out the insanity of the characters. They had great pace and timing and really made this a remarkable listening experience.

This book surprised me in the very best way. I just couldn’t connect with the very first chapter, it was definitely me it was well written and exciting. That being said once I got past the first chapter I was hooked in fact I was up incredibly late trying to finish it. It’s crazy exciting and just one of the best books that I have read this year.

Like what. did. I. just. read. In the beginning it took a bit for me to understand the world building, but then it just went bonkers in a good entertaining way. A lot was going on, I wished there was a bit more plot, but overall I really liked it for this paranormal, monster, reverse herem. Its quite a bit of mix with Bree, Orson, Nemo, and Baz.
Narrated by: Aleksi Graves, Jay Raymond, Rip Devons, Theo Sinclair were good for their characters.

A Wild & Crazy Ride! Insanity at its Best!
Wow, I have experienced quite a few mind-blowing books, and this one is up there on the mind-blow. This is my first Beatrix Hollow book, and she has an impressive and brilliant mind. The story she created is original, with interesting storylines that grab your attention and hold it hostage the entire time. The imaginative characters are fascinating and certifiably insane, actually they live and breathe insanity and the kicker is they bring you into their insane world and keep you there because you want to know what happens next, ok, maybe it is the author doing that but still it is hard to pull yourself away from this insanity. I think it is best to go into this masterpiece of insanity with an open mind and knowing as little as possible. If you have any triggers, the author is up front about them and yes, there are some dark and dirty scenes which may take you out of your comfort zone, but IMO, they were all well written and well done. It did not take long for me to root for these crazy characters with Bree in the lead, followed by Orson, Nemo, and Baz. The character development and world building are amazing. This book is no ordinary paranormal fantasy, reverse harem romance, it is actually so much more and some may consider parts of it to be horror and thrilling suspense. Either way, it is a cleverly plotted story, with plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, heartfelt emotions, and some passionate scenes that are insanely hot. Beatrix Hollow, thank you for taking me on this wild and crazy ride.

They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, gave each a voice that fit their characters persona perfectly, nailing their insanity, capturing all of their emotions and projecting them into their performance, making you feel every single one. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their narration enhances this story to another level. That you for this amazing listen.

Another Hit From Beatrix
Decided to go audiobook for this and while I'm fussy with voices, they were tolerable because the story was so bloody good!
Beatrix knocks it out of the park again and it's becoming one of my top 5 favourite indie authors. Every book I find myself falling for the characters, sure they may have some questionable quirks... Looking at you Nemo and Baz 😂 but they're loveable, fun and give off "must protect" energy.
Flawed creatures is the latest of her books and is another absolute banger of a book.
You won't want to put any of their books down, so perhaps don't read before bed. You could end up like me at 5am thinking yikes... I'm up for work in an hour. 0 sleep but worth it!
