Run. Hide. Fight.

It’s Monsters Night, the annual event where the portals to other realms and realities open, and monsters flood the streets to search for their potential mates.

And I’m one of the candidates.

Why?

Because I broke all the rules. I fought back against the elitist system hellbent on enslaving humankind. And f--k if I’m going to let one of these monsters claim me. Let alone three of themOrcus.

Reaper.

Flame.

They saved me from a compromising situation. But that doesn’t mean I like them. I don’t care how gorgeous they are or how well-endowed they seem to be—I kneel for no one. And I have no interest in becoming their lethal little pet.

“Try to tame me,” I dare them.

“We have no interest in taming you, sweet pet,” they say. “We want to make you ours.”

“Ours to worship.”

“Ours to love.”

“Ours to keep.”

Author's Note: Their Lethal Pet is a standalone dark paranormal romance featuring three Nightmare Fae and their chosen female mate.

Ended up on this one after the Netherworld Fae series, I liked some of the side characters in that so looked up if they appeared in other books and that's how I got here, it probably would have been better if I'd listened to this series of standalones first as this story is before the events in Netherworld Fae, but it didn't really matter (also to note the Monsters Night series are interconnected standalones by three different authors) - this was good and had all the elements I liked about the Netherworld series, again the full cast of narrators and good ones brings this story to life.

ended up here after the Netherworld series

I loved this story when I read it but to hear it with a full cast was absolute perfection. The narrators did an amazing job with one of the best books I read in 2024.

The characters in this book give me chills in the best way. The world building and way Lexi brings it to life is absolutely incredible. The narrators put their heart and souls into this one and brought out all the feels perfectly just as the author intended them to be.

If you like the darker side and love RH with a little shifter and magic happening you'll love this book. Jump in and give it a try. The author will seduce you with her words while the narrators bring her world to life perfectly.

Wow! Absolute Perfection
