In their arms, danger becomes desire.

Every year, monsters demand their Offerings—women like me. This year, I thought I escaped. I thought I was safe. Then he arrived.

The Viscount.

Dangerous and ruthless, he declares me a late Offering.

Swept into the deadly realm of the Shadowfen, I realize I’m not here by chance.

They want to rule, and I’m their key. My reality crumbles, and as much as we act like enemies, they refuse to let me go. Their touch ignites a fire I can’t resist, fueling desires I never expected.

They call me their little monster.

Maybe they’re right.

Because when everything is stripped away, a fiercer side of me no one expected—not even me—emerges.

You see, in the shadows, temptation and peril collide.

So, ready or not, the monster within is about to be unleashed… and these three Shadowfen are eager to claim their prize...

Me…Their Pretty Little Monster is a standalone paranormal romance with darker themes, enemies to lovers, a sassy heroine who comes into her own power, and three stubborn Alphas who aren’t releasing her.

This was an excellent reverse harem, paranormal romance. It had alternating points of view between the four main characters, Sage and her mates Killian, Nyko, and Wolfe. I felt like the way the book started gave me the impression the story was going to go one way, but things quickly changed and luckily just got better and better. I loved that each character was well developed and clearly had their own personality. They also had their own unique connections and experiences with each other, although with the guys it was strictly a brotherly type of relationship. There were lots of entertaining connections and plot twists and it all wrapped up perfectly in my opinion. The narration was a big highlight of the experience as well. All of the performers did a great job, and I loved the matches they made with each narrator to the characters.

My Thoughts on Their Pretty Little Monster

Rounded up from 3.9⭐'s, all 3 books in the Monsters Night series are interconnected standalones and by three different authors, I enjoyed this one but books 1 and 2 were my favourite, I loved the world and the fantasy/technology mash up with the ship in this one - kind of reminded me of captain Nemo and the Nautilus, it's another good fantasy, why choose book,

I really love when different authors come together to write stories in the same world. This is the second book from this world I’ve listened to and they are both unique stories that stay true to the world building. Sage and her mother are both somewhat outcasts in their village due to her parentage and lack of a father being around. Little does she know, there are vastly more vital reasons for her differences. I love the pacing of this story. We get a lot of information that is slowly revealed to our heroine and it works out so well. I also appreciate how each MMC gets to establish their own relationship with Sage before we get to any group activities. We also get the right amount of action at the right time!

The audio was fantastic. There is nothing better than a full cast in duet style!! The emotions came through in spades and the skillful narration really brought this story to life! I highly recommend this one be listened to as soon as possible.
