The Amazon number-one best seller!

Someone has to fight back.

Sam Pope is back, in the explosive sequel to The Night Shift. As his mission against organized crime rages on, Sam Pope finds himself the target of a dedicated task force led by a tenacious young inspector. In the midst of a gun fight with a violent street gang, he finds a desperate father venturing into a world he doesn’t understand, searching for a daughter he will never see again.

Realizing that the net is tightening and the clock is ticking, Sam burns a hole right through the underbelly of London to find the missing girl, finding himself in the crosshairs of some of the most dangerous people in the city.

The Takers is a brutal, action-packed thriller that will delight fans of Lee Child, Mark Dawson, Vince Flynn and Rob Sinclair.

Well read and gripping. my only negative is the consent flash back to book 1. That aside I loved it.

Overall a good story and a excellent ending in preparation for the next book. A few ‘technical’ but not exactly errors regarding the police procedures but things that could have been written better. Can’t understand at one point where the audio had an echo sound added, as it did not relate to other parts in the book that used that same acoustics. Not a big fan of the overall performance but I will be getting the next instalment of Sam Pope’s adventures.

I’m being picky.
