Özet

A world infested by demons. An academy designed to train Heroes to save humanity from annihilation. A new student's power could make all the difference.

Humans have been pushed to the brink of extinction by an ever-evolving demonic threat. Portals are opening faster than ever, Towers are bursting into the skies, and Dungeons are being mined below the last safe havens of society. The demons are winning.

Quest Academy stands defiantly against them as a place to train the next generation of Heroes. The Guild Association is holding the line but is in dire need of new blood and the powerful abilities they could bring to the battlefront. To be the saviors that humanity needs, they need to surpass the limits of those that came before them.

In a war with everything on the line, every power matters. With an adaptive enemy comes the need for a constant shift in tactics. A new age of strategy is emerging, with even the unlikeliest of Heroes making an impact.

Salvatore Argento has never seen a demon. He has never aspired to become a Hero. Yet his power might be the one to tip the odds in humanity's favor.

I really thought this was going to be a simple story of a guy that can analyse things from the sample and it all soomed simple.
I was wrong.
it's a mix of horror, sifi and superpowers, but still has that rough edge where the characters don't know everything and are underpowered for the broken world.
the main character isn't a god, or a perfect Saint. just a normal guy / nerd doing what he can.

it's a great story and I'm excited to see where it goes!

so much more than I expected

really enjoyed the book probably going to read the second on kindle rather than wait. but I thought the narration was fantastic not sure why there were people that had issues with the laughing how else are they supposed to read that came of as natural to me. Anyway imo you both did amazingly. Hope to listen to you again sometime or a way of saying that that's less creepy

Good narrative flow and easy to listen and keep track of everything happening. It has no annoying parts you would like to skip. Maybe work more on the dialogs, Brian. I know you read these. where is my book 2 damnit.

great performance

Well written, narration is spot on. The story is gripping and leaves you wanting to know what’s happening next without the needless filler.
