I have simply loved all of GH books. Devoured them. Love this and the Viking times especially concerning Anglo Saxon Britain. Simply loved these books and his others. Last of the Housecarls.

The book was fantastic, with more of the story of Aelfred and his gang of merry men. Listened to most Griff Hosker books but didn’t enjoy this one at all. Constant negative story is wearing. Not my favourite narrator either. Listened as no Hosker books left. Usually I end up listening to all the books again. Won’t this time.
