After the hardships of the year before, as Laura approaches 15 she begins to find she likes town life. She starts by earning money doing sewing to help fund Mary going to the college for the blind. Later on there are Socials and Literaries as well as new friendships.
Again great narration made even more enjoyable with the singing and fiddle playing.

This is a great book one of my favourites. The reader had a calm voice which expressed great emotion and I love how pa’s fiddle is actually played and the songs sung. The one twist is though the reader has a great voice, it is a little coarse.

Almost perfect
