She’s on the run. He’s passing through. When the Cartels send kill squads after her, only Jack Widow can protect her.

Molly DeGorne is a woman on the run, wanted for murdering her abusive husband. She’s accused of setting him and their Seattle home on fire. Scared, alone, and with no one to trust, she runs to the only place she thinks is safe, her summer post as a fire lookout. Only it may not be as safe as she suspects.

The only hope that she’s got is a drifter she just met, Jack Widow.

International best-selling author Scott Blade fires up your ears with thrills, passion, and explosive action, in the eighth book in the Jack Widow series. Fans of Lee Child’s Jack Reacher, Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn’s Mitch Rapp, and Mark Greaney’s Gray Man will enjoy the Jack Widow action-thriller series.

The ending was slightly rushed for me but good narration and easy to follow plot

another good read

I do love my Jack Widow and this one is just as enjoyable to read and listen to . This plot centres around a death of a DEA agent, bad husband and a wife on the run. Corrupt agents and drug lords looking for Molly the wife of the dead DEA . We have a sub plot of wild forest fires and watch outs.
Action and enjoyable

Enjoyed
