You've been looking for something magical...meet your new obsession! Twilight meets Harry Potter. The Star-Crossed Series has over 13,000 reviews on Goodreads and Amazon.

In the fourth installment of the Star-Crossed Series, we find Eden Matthews a prisoner in the very household she set out to destroy. She is without magic and engaged to the same boy who betrayed her and everyone she loves. With her wedding looming on the horizon, conditions for her people continue to worsen, and her goal of offering her kingdom freedom seems further away than ever.

Her brother is free, however, and building a rebellion that hopes to rescue her. Eden's parents are working with the Resistance, and inside the Citadel Eden finds more allies than she thought possible. However, there is more at stake for Eden than just an unwanted marriage. Her heart is on the line, too, as she fights the pressures of palace life, the prejudice ingrained in her people, and a seemingly unbeatable king.

This series kept me wanting and guessing.
Great narration
Great story
I did not resonate with all of the characters decisions. But that is exactly what being unique and individual is all about. So this felt more real.
Worth a listen or read.

Really enjoying this series’s but you must start with book one otherwise the story diesnt make sense I started on reluctant king didn’t realise wasn’t stand alone book snd couldn’t follow it properly. By starting at book one you get to know and understand each character and the role they play snd easily get engrossed in the story line the narrator is really good at btingyhe characters to life and doing all the believable voices for men snd women.

I have not long finished listening to the majority of this series - mainly focused on listening to Eden's story, so I do need to go back and listen to Avalon, Jerico and Sebastian's stories. However, this series had me hooked since I started listening to it. The way in which Rachel Higginson developed the relationship between Eden and Kiran was amazing, it was so heart warming to see their love progress through the hard ships they faced in such a short time. My favourite part of 'Endless Magic' in particular was when Eden realised that she still loved Kiran whole-heartedly. Sorry for spoilers, lol.

Also, I love listening to books narrated by Bailey Carr!

definitely the best book in the series, unfortunately ruined by the narrator (who did a good job on the other books). kinda sounds like she's reading erotica through half the book, even when Eden is talking to her brother and parents... spent half the book annoyed about it until I managed to look more past it..
