FROM THE #1 INTERNATIONAL BESTSELLING AUTHOR OF HOLY ISLAND AND IMPOSTOR

THERE’S NO SUCH THING AS A COINCIDENCE...

When the body of a talented photographer is found on the rocks beneath the ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle, DCI Ryan and his team of detectives immediately suspect the worst. But, since none of their potential suspects seems to have a motive, the case runs cold.

Then, when another body is found dead on a lonely stretch of road near Hadrian’s Wall and their only suspect has an airtight alibi, the team are faced with another crime without a perpetrator.

With the number of unexplained deaths in the area increasing rapidly and only a series of coincidences to work from, Ryan and his team must find the invisible link between them to crack the case—before it’s too late.

Can Ryan solve his most dangerous case yet?

Murder and mystery are peppered with romance and humour in this fast-paced crime whodunnit, set amidst the spectacular Northumbrian landscape.

Maybe it’s time to say goodbye to this series .. I’ve loved most of it … but seems to be running out of steam now

Whilst I enjoyed the plot I wasn’t keen on the continual fawning over how good, how kind, how marvellous Ryan was. It almost felt like he should be in red and blue with a cape and his knickers on the outside. That being said I’ll still look forward to the next chapter in this storyline.

Didn’t finish the story in this book. I don’t mind if I know it is continuing but when she went on to the epilogue I was furious.

Annoyed ! - Should tell us if it is two books

Brilliant the best one so far and the others weren’t bad. More please as quickly as you can.

As usual a good listen but I felt too short and seemed a rushed ending.
