History always repeats ... or does it?

When a man who died eighteen years ago mysteriously appears on his doorstep, Jason knows his past has finally caught up with him.

Forty years have elapsed since Jason Apsley grabbed his second chance when time-travelling back to 1976. Apart from those time-travelling calamitous events of a few decades ago, his second life has been pretty good ... until now.

As the chaos ensues, Jason’s daughter, Beth, and the previous dead man face a dilemma. A time-travelling conundrum involving that nefarious Colney family. Once again, history is crying out to be changed ... lives depend upon it.

If they fail ... they’ll be history.

Will time repeat itself, or can Beth, like her father has many times, alter the future?

Relive the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s in this witty and gripping time-travel series. If you like time travel, entwined with mystery, humour, and a dash of romance, you’ll love this fast-paced series by Adrian Cousins.

Good to learn more about Beth. Jason more of a sideline character here. Enjoyed and I’m glad she was pink Beth not other Beth!

Interesting tangent

This book was well worth waiting for.

We learned so much about Beth’s character and how Gobby she was and just wouldn’t stop yakking!

The story followed on well from the other books in the series but could have been taken as a one off such was the great level of explanation given but it wasn’t over long for those of us who have enjoyed the previous books.

It was nice to see a small tie in with one of the author’s other book series. Hopefully everyone spotted that.

All I can say is thank you Adrian, Perdita and Lee for another brilliantly written and wonderfully acted audiobook.

Can’t wait for the next one!

Best one so far
