Following his bestselling sensation, Locked In, Vigliante is Kerry Wilkinson's unputdownable second book in the Jessica Daniel series.

Dead bodies are piling up for Detective Sergeant Jessica Daniel.

Usually when a serial killer is on the loose, the pressure would be building to find the perpetrator but the victims are all hardened criminals themselves.

The national media can't believe their luck with an apparent vigilante on the streets, while Jessica's new boss seems grateful someone else is doing their job for them.

But things aren't so straightforward when forensics matches blood from the apparent killer to a man already behind bars.

A good story, keeping the listener bonus\her toes. Main chaeachter, Jessica Daniel is rather unbelievable though, she seems.to single-hardedly solve every crime in Manchester and is given far more responsibility than is in any way likely!

Intriguing & suspenswful

I have only just discovered Kerry Wilkinson and what a writer she is. Becky Hindley’s narration is superb. Really enjoyed this book so on to the next one in the series.

Excellent Story

This isn't a book to keep u up at night. Not gory or psycho thriller.

An easy listen

Enjoyed, but read it far too quickly! I like the reader. Another reviewer said that they recognised the story, but I didn't and, as Audible could testify, I've read hundreds! Will now move onto book 3.

Another good yarn

I persevered with this book as the story just won out over the lacklustre narration.
The story is good & has a good plot & that kept me going to the end which I’m glad I managed.
As for the narration, it was too lacking in anger & disappointment when needed overall it was too nicey nicey for me.
Worth a go...
Steve
