Narrator

Worst narrator I’ve ever heard in the hundreds of audio books I’ve listened to. Poor timing, lack of knowledge re: punctuation, mispronunciations and garbled in spots. It was a struggle to finish the book. Very disappointed.

Essential listen

This audiobook will surprise you unless you are already familiar with the Vagus nerve, which I was not. I am using an essential oil blend for the vagus nerve, so this audiobook really explains the importance of having a healthy vagus nerve.

Fantastic audiobook

Information completely new and that makes a lot of sense; explains a lot. Now to do exercises and to see if I find a therapist that can help. Tons of pain in neck and trapezoid.
