I really enjoyed this book, if you like books about wolf shifters, their families and communities, with a great fated mate bond which has some things that stop them finally getting together this is for you! It's got some great spice, a protective alpha and some hot sounding men, what's not to like! This also had a good plot and a storyline, I can see how the series will grow with some amazing characters that I cannot wait to get to know more so am looking forward to the next in the series, which I believe is about the big broody, sexy Marcus😍

The duet narration was an amazing surprise for me performed by two brilliant narrators, Victoria Swain for the lovely and sweet Hailey and Xander Marceaux for the love struck big black wolf. The striking contrast between their voices just made listening more pleasurable.

Looking forward to read about the broody bear shifter sheriff, Marcus, in book 2.

I already know there’s going to be a overhanging plot and twists and turns for the grey ridge shifters and families that are drawn to their fates. Such a great book with in depth characters and lovely descriptions. I found FmC voice a little juvenile at beginning unfortunately but I got over it and enjoyed the audible very much

Thoroughly enjoyed this book, so much so I’ve listened to it several times, right mix of story, spice and content.
The series is fantastic, each book is individual and unique but the series tells its own story.
Reading in collaboration with Shifters of Grey Ridge series, Steel pack alphas series and alpha games series.
Loved them all.
